We want to share the news with the Lead The Field community that we under new management. First, we would like to personally thank our valued clients and partners for their continued support of the Learning Potential Ability (LAB) product and services.
While Mirna recently became the CEO of Lead The Field, she has been involved in the company since 2008. In that time she has worked closely alongside the leadership team and has learned a tremendous amount about the business, its great customers and the truly innovative Learning Potential Ability product Lead The Field has.
In Mirna’s new role as CEO, she will be leveraging her experience to oversee the company’s global strategic vision, product development, international growth and expansion into new markets. She will continue to heavily invest in the dynamic, context-aware solutions of foundation individual development planning (IDP).
Mirna is available to support our customers and market initiatives, and secure our current client’s future usage. She is committed to continuing to innovate and update features on the learning potential ability product that allow clients to improve agility, reduce costs, and increase safety and governance.
She is very excited to be driving Lead The Field LAB’s growth and, most of all, support our clients and partners.
Lead The Field proudly introduces our expert associates in Professional Training, Human Resource Management, Facilitating, Assessment, Moderation, Advanced Project Management, Development Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.
He is passionate about supporting candidates to extend their reach and become even more than they dreamed possible. Samy believes skills development is about the individual: the individual’s values, goals, work, balance, fulfilment, and life purpose. He works with highly motivated candidates like you to develop their own definition of success.
Papy is a Learning Ability Battery Trainer, and is associated with Lead The Field. His experience and connection with people from various domains helps him to effectively manage the training environment. He is creative and possesses excellent inter-personal management skills. His strong passion in the training field has made him realize the reality to create an andragogy environment.
Like many other expert associates of our Company, Ibini Mara also boasts with national as well as international academic and professional achievements. After having achieved his Masters of Science in Geography at the University of Lubumbashi (1989) he completed his Masters of Science in Development Planning at Wits University (1998). His South African Employment History includes the position of Research Project Manager and Deputy Director of Development Research within the National Department of Social Development, 2004-2006. His most recent South African employment was in the position of Agencies Unit Programme Manager at the Development Bank of South Africa, 2006-2013. In the latter position he was, amongst others, responsible for
(i) Managing Government and/or Donor Programmes;
(ii) Developing and maintaining strong partnerships/stakeholders;
(iii) Establishing a Network of social, economic and environmental sustainable communities in South Africa.
Ibini’s impressively wide field of experience includes items like “Capacity Building through short courses in workshops”; “Undertaking Needs Assessment in Technical Skills and developing short courses”; “Developing and implementing advocacy strategies in order to build the capacity of Community Based Organizations and Liaise with Governmental Departments.”
These kinds of activities precisely reflect the skills needed by our own Company to liaise with clients and to contribute to the quality of programmes and presentations. Ibini has designed various courses by himself, authored several publications and presented papers on significant topics, including the very relevant topic, “Poverty, Environment and Health”. We are indeed privileged to be represented by such an erudite and experienced person.
After having completed his Master of Philosophy in Future Studies (Management and Business Science) at the University of Stellenbosch in 2006, he did his Pre-Doctoral Studies in Business Management (Complexity, Strategy and Change Management) at the Business School of the University of Hertfordshire (UK). He is currently working on his PhD in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development at the University of Pretoria under the Department of Business Management.
Even more impressive than his illustrious international academic achievements, is Dias Bongo’s practical application of professional skills and the credentials which he acquired in a multitude of fields relevant to the Training Areas covered by Lead The Field. These include various Project Management experiences, his hands-on expertise with Learning and Training Assessment tools like the Learning Ability Battery (LAB), his experience in the presentation of programmes in Financial Life Skills, Mining and Construction Industries, Leadership and Facilitation Skills.
Dias Bongo is a South African citizen equipped with multi-national skills which he acquired in various countries, for example: From February 2010-August 2011 he was Technical Expert in Human Resources & Staff Development (Planning, Recruitment & Selection) at the African Union Commission: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. These and several other international experiences are enabling him to add value to our own South African and Continental African Programmes. We are privileged to be represented by a person of his abilities.
